Troubleshooting

• Satellite imagery is not loading

  The map picture comes from the internet. On a weak connection it can be slow or blank. Move to where you have data, or carry on with the angle reading, which does not need the picture.

• Location permission was denied

  The app still works. Without location access it cannot show where you are standing, but you can drag a pin anywhere on the circle and read the degree at that point. You can turn location back on later in your phone's settings.

• The app reads differently from the panel

  Pivot panels are normally referenced to north. If the app and your panel differ by a consistent amount, enter that number as a manual offset in advanced settings, and the readings will line up.

• No data connection in the field

  The angle still works. The reading uses your device's GPS locally once a pivot is set up. The satellite imagery underneath will not load until you have a connection again.

This form is provided by Google Forms. Submitting it sends your message to us by email, and Google’s cookies and terms apply to the form itself. We use what you send only to reply to you, and never add you to a mailing list.

Your pivot data

All pivot data is stored on the device. There is no account to recover, so if you delete the app or change phones, your pivots and bookmarks do not come back on their own.
